Help...Who are agents for "CPI" Motorcycles

My bud is unfortunate enough to own one of these Chinese scoots.
Ive diagnosed his CDI is kapute....so we need to try find one for his 250 4T...............
No one  in RSA seems to know who imported these cheapies..or if there is still an agent.
So any help will be usefull .or we need to buy online from UK .
