How to tow a bike!

I have seen pictures where bikes are towed but I have no knowledge of where on a bike one would secure the tow rope - on both bikes that is.

I the 4x4 world we make sure that you have points which can cope with the weight plus they have to be attached on the chassis.

Does anyone have piccies of recovery points?
