I have a plan - 1150 GS for track bike

So last night, lying in bed, missing my CBR with wich I did a couple of track days, I thought why not use the old crashed 1150 GS I have for a track bike.
Fit road tyres, if I can get a 17" front wheel to fit, even better.
Loose all unnecessary parts to loose weight.

Anyone knows if an 1150 RS's front wheel will fit the GS.

I guess I will be laughed at, but I'll be having fun while being laughed at.
