Is it the same BMW 1200 thief?

I am not sure of the Modus Operandi of the thief that was recently arrested for the theft of the BMW 1200GS that was stolen in JHB. I have spoken to a BMW 1200 GS owner who had his bike taken by a white guy who is short and stocky with fair hair. Apparently did not have the enough cash and left a bike behind as a part payment. Well payment was never made and the owner of this bike has since been traced. The bad news is there is a 2009 model 1200 out there with a reg number RZJ 962 GP that cannot be registered. This incident happened some months ago and each time their is a different excuse as to why he is unable to produce documentation.

I am hoping there may be a link to the "scumbag" as the more ammo we can collect, the easier the state can decline bail. If he gets bail he will be gone and back to his tricks.

HE NEEDS TO STAY IN JAIL!!!!!
