I'm sure I've read on here somewhere before about scam buyers, but can't find anything when searching. I'm selling my bike and have just had a guy call me.. Afrikaans speaking, claims he's working on a mine in Namibia, but would like to buy the bike for his son. His friend is conveniently coming to CT and he first asked if I could collect the man from the airport (??) but when I told him he could view it here, casually letting him know that I live on a secure estate, he said he would talk to his 'friend' and let me know. I smell a rat..
Is this a scam buyer?
