the person that Buys a bike must have a learners.........
i can understand this but, if i want to buy my son a bike and he has a learners and he is going to be the registered user. why must i as the buyer also have a learners to buy it for my son who is going to be the rider?
this does not make sence to me. its like your wife wants to buy you a boat as a gift, but she must have a skippers license!
