Guys, I am interested in buying a 1984 KLR 600, but the engine is shot.
Needs new Sleeve, piston, rings.Valves could maybe damaged aswell. Thinking of going the oversize piston route and make it lekka.
Rest of bike in fair/good condition.
Papers up to date and licensed.
What is a fair price to pay, keeping in mind that the rest has a value if stripped for parts.
Is this bike worth repairing? Want to use it around town on gravel roads for fun.
