KLR 650 2010 purchase advice needed

I currently have a 2006 Fugly KLR 650 and am in the market to upgrade.

I am looking at a 2010 KLR 650 with 8000km on the clock. What do I need to look out for eg. doohickey, any oil burners like there was with some 2008 models. Please guys all advice will be appreciated.
