KLR Exhaust manifold

I need some advise please.

After 5 years of standing outside, my KLR's exhaust rusted through in the front near the manifold (Do you even call it a manifold on a single cylinder?)  The noise it makes now is unbelievable.

Is this the type of thing I can buy an aftermarket replacement for, or are the aftermarket pipes only for the silencer section? I have a feeling the original part is going to cost a packet.
