We did a nice trail today in Grabouw, bike shook around allot, and just as we left the last bit of gravel road I felt my top box hit my back and when I looked around I saw that my rear rack is loose. The bolt on the on side which attaches to the frame rattled loose and fell off, fine I can understand and accept this as I should have checked all my bolts regularly, but the two bolts which goes into the frame in the middle where the tool box are, cant screw in anymore.
Wherever it is meant to screw in, is missing. It almost seems like there are supposed to be threaded holes but they are gone.
My concern is that whatever threaded holes there were, broke off of the frame and how does the dealership fix this?
Bike is still under warranty.
