According to the motorcycling laws of South Africa, it is illegal to have only one wheel on the ground. But what happens if you brake hard to avoid a collision, and you end up doing a 'stoppie' (back wheel in the air) and you hit another car at that moment. Technically this does then mean you where driving illegally at the time of impact...
