Here's the scenario:
There are two lanes moving in the same direction, no solid line between them. There's a stop street at a railway crossing ahead. Vehicles in both lanes are at a standstill due to a train passing ahead. Here I come along and idle in between the lanes to the front where I stop and wait for the train to pass. Once his gone I accelerate ahead of the vehicles both left and right of me.
Is this practise legal or not?
If not what about the same scenario at robots as their is a solid line for the final +- 10 meters?
