Looking for a 4 day trip from Johannesburg to somewhere and back again

I'm wanting to plan or do a ride starting from JHB and hitting the dirt for as much of the 4 day trip as possible. I want to do it over the December period.
I've currently got ideas around a Lesotho trip and I'm looking for route and destination ideas. Also willing to make new ride mates in process.
