Looking for Carburetor Wizard in Cape Town

I have a 2003 RD7A Africa Twin, and am having trouble setting the carbs.

Looking for a legend to help me get them set. Not looking for race specs, but at the moment the bike is running rich, and i can't seem to get it right. Carbs are a voodoo art, need an artist who knows these bikes..
