Hi All,
I am work in engineering and have access to the equipment for manufacturing steel and aluminium components. I have a BMW F650GS, and want to machine a set of "Touratech style" 20mm handle bar risers.

Has anyone else done this? If so, do you have dimensions? I can do the design drawings and machining. Also, any advise? Materials, do and don't?
