Makro El Cheepo Tents

I know you get what you pay for applies to all things in life.  I need a two man tent for camping for about 4 nights in September.  How water proof are these el cheepo Makro type two man tents?  I do have a good bow tent but it is far to big for me to cart arround for this once of trip.  Any recomendations welcome
