I'm a newbie on this site! Only found it after extensive googling. :-\ Sorry for that! But after reading so many good stories here I thought I'll share a couple too. Might make a reader buy a adventure bike. Which is a good thing.
I'm a born adventurer. Any road, anytime, anywhere is my motto. (And that includes even riding with roadies as well.) I've spent most of my life on two wheels. (My pram had 4! >
) Last three years has seen me on the Yamaha 600 Tenere, BMW 650 Dakar and now a KTM 950 Adventure. My wife loved the BMW, but after riding the KTM for 5 minutes, I bought it. Still have the BMW though! Anybody interested?? ;D
I'm married to a lovely woman who loves biking. (But not 800km on a gravel road on one day :'() Hope to read and contribute lots of stories on this forum!
