Mitas E08 tyre spliting after 4000Km

This is so disappointing.  :dousing:  How does a tyre start to split like this after just 4k. Has anyone else experienced this. As you can see there is lots of tread, the bike is always undercover. Does a little dirt and tar. Is this just such a bad tyre or should i go to Just Bike Tyre to get this sorted or the Agents? what would the process be as i have never seen this on a tyre so new.

Any thoughts or ideas?  :spitcoffee:
