Mitas tyres - a non-event?

Been so looking forward to fitting my set of Mitas M07's that I ordered three weeks ago, only to be told by the dealer that there's been a hold up somewhere with the stocks and should have them maybe in another three weeks!
Now this is supposed to be such a good tyre but if the supply is so pathetic then maybe I should rather buy something else that's readily available.Pity.
