Mitas tyres - anybody have stock?

I'm looking for a 140/80/17 Mitas E-07 and a 90/90/21 E-10 or E-07. ive tried E2R, KTM and Renz, they dont have stock. does anybody know where i can find these tyres.

i know its a bad time of year and i should have tried sooner....  :-\
