Hi Folks
I'm sure I'm just being doff here but how do you calculate the distance of a route in My Maps?
Also seems a very long process to get your route onto the Nav 5.
Must be an easier way?
1) Use Google Maps to establish a general route using places of interest, street view etc.
2) Then draw the same route over in My Maps but can't get distance (and try remember or have 2 screens open)
3) Export to KML
4) Import .kml into Basecamp and create a route
5) Export to BMW Navigator 5
Are there any navigators out there that have perfected an easier way?
