Any explanation of what this "mystery lever" is that lurks on the inside of the bottom of the frame, just in from where my left foot peg is? I say "lever" but it doesn't seem to be able to move - though it is cable tied in for some reason. I thought it might be a spare gear shift lever cos my bike's got an after-market folding one ... but it doesn't really look like a gear shift. Or is it? ???
