Namibia in April 2014. Help with some questions pls.

Hi Guys,

I'm leaving for Namibia on 12 April 2014. Below is the planned route. All accomodation booked.

PTA-Kuruman-Grunau-Seeheim-Duwisib-Sesriem-Swakopmund-Windhoek-Kang-PTA

Could some of you please help with the last few questions?:
1) Can I expect unleaded petrol to be a problem on this route?
2) Where do I obtain the permit referred to in T4A to ride from Sesriem to Swakop? Can this be bought at Sesriem?
3) Can someone please supply a number/details a recovery service in the case where I would need such assistance - any other help/comments in this regard with be appreciated
4) Any recent developments on this route (weather or otherwise) that I should be aware of?
