Hi all
On Sunday I came pipe quite hard and have minor whiplash and a concussion from flying over the handle bars and landing on my sholder, neck and head.
The question I pose is, granted the neck brace would have helped me out here big time, but if I was wearing one, would i have broken my collar bone or something else. I have witnessed a crash where the guy riding totaled at Maraisburg dunes and broke his collar bone because of the pressure on the solders from the brace. Is this a once off thing or is this what the braces will inevitably do. I.e Disperse the pressure away from your spine and divert it else where??
Please can the guys who ride with the braces give me some insight into this.
