Can anyone shed some light on my predicament? I have just tried tightening the play that I have in my neck bearings but it seems like it has maxed out.
I've tried tightening it very tight but there is still play. Should there be a washer on top of the top bearing that I am maybe missing?
Bearings seem to be OK. 7500km. noticed nocking after a seriously rough gravel road.
Steps I followed:
Not sure what was happening down at the bottom, but there was only a bearing at the top end. (was in a bit of a rush because I was outside and it was starting to rain .... and get dark.)

- remove handle bars
loosen triple clamps
loosen center pinch bolt
tighten allen bolt in center
