Need panniers transported from CPT to Randburg

I need some help to get two Tiger Panniers from Tableview in Capetown to Randburg. I can pick up the two panniers for R500-00 without brackets but with keys. Problem is postage through Postnet R680- got them down to R580-. Besides I am a bit weary, as I do not know this guy from a bar of soap and he can easily sluk my moolas without delivering the merchandise.

Can anyone suggest a cheaper method of doing the courier Transport thing. ???

Then also I need used pannier brackets for a Triumph 955, I recon this might be difficult and will have to revert back to the agents.  ???
