After lurking in the shadows and the recent purchase of a new KTM 990 r I decided to join wild dogs a month or so back but have never formally introduced myself. Having ridden and raced plastic bikes for the last 14 years the next progression was d/s bikes.I'm currently sitting with a wrist that needs to be viewed by the doctor tommorow as bones are not growing on as straight as they should be, I hope he gives me the OK as I dont think I can go a weekend without riding. I hav'nt left the plastic bikes all together just having a rest, the wife seem happier and now actually encorages me to ride.( I think I must investigate that further).
Guys keep up with the ride reports they are really informative for a newbie and I have been reading them religiously , even recognizing some of the members in the photos from previous meetings. Look forward to meeting some of you on the road.
