I have been quiet at work for a while , so getting stuck into the projects lying around at work
78 Suzuki PE 175 this has become my RM hybrid converted into twin shock mx, great for 125 class, did frame mods some rm suspension , I have a ali swingarm that might fit,
78 IT 175, this is in very good origonal condition so stripping down to frame and building std, waiting for frame to come back from powder coat, both rims were cracked , back one cleaned polished a rebuilt on new rim, awaiting front rim. tanks and plastics polished will complete next week. also need to come up with a little silencer little stinger type.
QR 50, a barn find typical neglected old toy , also stripped frame at powder coat , rims done found a new tyre in my stock, the motor had no compression, opened up a bit sad in there, broken piston and no rings, someone must have had a bash at fixing and decided it was above there skill level hence the missing rings, fortunatly they pit all the bits back, so that will become a nice ride for a future biker, will look for piston stuff next week

75 XL 350 , quick service , carb issue over flows, needle seat , emulsion tubes are wearing after 45 years, tut tut, someone uses it for running around shopping etc, not ideal on a classic, trying to convince him to get a mod 250 ish something for that runaround , he is seeing the light of it
