Noisy after 10k service.

My 2013 S10 has just had its first 10k service and now really sounds noisy. You can really hear the cam chain rattling, even when you are riding at low rpm. I am thinking it must be the grade of oil the agents put in. It was something 3000. Sorry don't have the invoice right now. Any thoughts.
