Hallo, ek het so 3 maande terug die groot stap geneem en 'n splinternuwe BMW 800gs gekoop! Ek het op skool laas fiets gery en my amper kis toe geval! Soos jul weet los die ding jou nie en nadat my skoonseun (MAMBA) my 'n spin op sy 800gs gegee het was die besluit maklik.
Gelukkig is my vrou in op die deal so ons altwee is baie opgewonde om nuwe avonture aan te pak!
We live in George so we are really spoilt for choice - 5 min away from the beach and 10 minutes from the Klein Karoo - mountain passes and gravel roads galore - hence the name of Gertjie Grondpad!
I just love the freedom of the gravel roads. Although I'm taking it easy most of the time I do start to search for my limits. The bike's limits are very far beyond my own!
I have to applaud the people responsible for such an amazingly informative website/forum/blog??? Please keep up the excellent work!!
