NUMBER PLATE TO PERSONAL SPEC

I hope I can find a reference (s) of plate-makers who will make a number plate to spec.... slightly smaller than the approved minimum. I can't fit the Gauteng minimum square plate on my DR.... dammm
I reside close to Pretoria and the East Rand. For that matter, Gauteng is tiny so 'I'll go where-ever.
