Who has ever had one of these fitted to your piggy? Did it make a massive difference? Should you also do the front if you fit a proper rear shock? Can you use a R1200GS front shock on the R1150GS? I've heard of some raving about the difference Ohlins shocks can make, but what is your experience?
I might be able to source a second hand one, and it's still quite expensive. So...I'm not sure..I had my showa rear shock serviced a while ago. Also fitted stiffer spring. Must say, fully loaded it works. But If it 'just' me (I'm 120kg), the suspension is so stiff I have to wear a kidney belt!
