Petrol Station overfill

After suffering the 3rd petrol attendant in as many months overfilling my R1200GS and spilling petrol all over my bike, I was wondering if anyone has found this happening to them lately? What is the best thing to do if a petrol attendant has spilled petrol all over your bike after accidentally overfilling the tank from a safety perspective? Always makes me nervous to just get back on the bike and fire her up with petrol all over the engine and exhaust!
