Hey wild dogs, im planning a ride over this period, its a decent adventure before the Christmas festivities, I have lifted a couple maps from >>Thump°C ride reports as a guide line towards my intentions, thinking +-5 days exploring the eastern cape heading towards hogback for a breather and spend a couple more days in and around that side before heading back via these proposed routes.
open to other route suggestions around that time frame. I want to see the country side and test my camping gear and XT660R packing capabilities.
I would like to wing it as much as possible (camping, accommodation, route wise) but sticking to the a general goal line. I'm planning this ride solo so far but may have to cancel if I cant get anyone to join in for obvious safety concerns.
Anyone interested? or have similar plans?
