So the idea here is to discuss and post facts and figures and thoughts regarding different bikes outputs as well as their cubic inches and all that stuff. Inspired by a comment from Shark that a 400c two stroke should put out more power than my 9Fiddy, I thought it would make an interesting discussion point.
So heres stats:
My 950cc v twin: 72Kw, 105BHP
Whats interesting to me is that 1200cc flat twin of BMW, makes roughly the same power. So it took an extra 250cc odd to come up with similar power.
This sort of blows out the water the theory that a 475cc two stroke would equal output of a 950 four, and that a 600cc two smoke would equal the 1200cc four stroke.
