Quick fix for de-hydration... Maybe carry in your medical kit...

A simple electrolyte solution of half a teaspoon of table salt, two teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of bicarbonate of soda in 150ml of boiled water.... Replaces lost body salts and helps the water to get absorbed into the tissues... Would it not make sense to carry small sachets of the dry ingredients in your medical kit for emergencies, to be mixed with water....
