Removing Oxidation from Engine Casing.

Hello
I've recently bought a Honda 250 Tornado from the Blouberg/Milnerton area, and the engine (and other parts)  has light oxidation from the sea air.
Is there a product that will clean this off?
Or is elbow grease my only option?
