Replacing the Steering Head Bearing on a 98 Aprilia Pegaso?

Can someone perhaps confirm whether it's one, two different or two identical bearings needed?
When I look at diagram in the service manual it appears as if I need two bearings, but a thread on an Aprilia forum only gives one SKF part number as a 3rd party alternative?

Eish - now I'm confused  ???
