It’s been a while since I’ve posed, so I share with the my fellow dogs the next adventure for the Ladybrand Adventure bikers.
The story starts with one person,
Rudi Bak was avid adventurer, he pulled together a collection of bikers with his enthusiasm and passion for adventure, and in no time at all he had us all running around the countryside on bikes telling our stories and laughing at each other’s ‘side stand incidents’.
About 3 or 4 years ago we/Rudi had a trip planned to Die Hel where some of Rudi's family live, and we were going to visit. Sadly Rudi was diagnosed with cancer and lost his battle before this trip came to be, we resolved as group then that the “Die Hel” trip would be done in in memory of our great friend and ‘founder’ our little biking group.
Before I start credit must be given to Charles Mansfield for his organisation of this unruly bunch!
Currently the tour stats are
• 16 Bikes
• 2 vehicles
• About 23 people
• 7days
• 3500 KM
