Ride Planned : Bloem Paarl West Coast and Back

Hi Guys

Planning a ride mid May.
2 Guys 2 Bikes KTM 1190 and Husky 701.
Day 1 to 3
Day 1 - Trailering bikes from Jhb to Bloem.
Then jump on bikes and Bloem to Paarl to meet someone, then up West Coast to Donkieskraal and back to Cape Town
Want to do Bloem to Paarl in 3 days
Up West Coast to Donkieskraal for a weekend
Return Cape Town to Bloem 3 days

Any advice and GPX routes would help - want to do around 50% tar 50% dirt - nothing too hectic
