A while ago I was hit by a car and suffered a broken leg.
A company who wants to represent me in my RAF claim has suggested the following fees,
25% of the settled claim amount plus vat and all disbursments.
This seems a bit heavy to me and I was wondering if those who might have had experience in a claim could give me some advice.
