Papers in order and on the road.
Belonged to a prominent member on here many moons ago who fitted it with an Athena 440 big bore kit, hotcams, a FCR pumper carb, zeta top tripple clamp, nice gold hubs and rims, aluminium hand bars and some nice carbon fibre pieces.
I rescued it from the Brakpan/Benoni twilight zone and set about converting it back into a S model as opposed to an E that previous owners seemed to want it to be.
Will post details of fixes and improvements made in a subsequent post, as well as details of the planned auction, but will post some pics for now before Eskom interrupts the proceedings.
The soft luggage bags and handguards is being carried over to another bike and is excluded from the sale.
OK, carrying on then with fixes and improvements made -
Screen and H4 lamp assemply to replace off-road H7 set-up (available as part of sale).
Swingarm and linkage kit fitted.
Rear shock fully rebuilt
Stator re-wound (was not charging battery), good second hand rectifier fitted. New coil and spark plug.
Removed shitty tail tidy and miniscule indicators and replaced with OEM units.
