Just like to inform fellow members about the poor service from Linex Yamaha.
Ordered Hyperpro Springs for my 1150GS from LeCap (who ordered it from Linex as they are the importers of the HyperPro springs from Holland ) - they confirmed in their e-mail that they received payment (8 Oct), and confirmed that delivery would take place end of October or beginning of November.
After lengthy heated discussions between Andre Pretorius from Linex and Jurgen, it now turns out that delivery can only be expected at the end of November! And no apologies! - rather the excuse that we (Jurgen and myself) "misunderstood" them, thereby implying that its due to our misunderstanding, and not due to their poor service i.e. the customer is wrong!
I believe that having to wait 60 days for a pair of springs is totally unacceptable, and then to have to be patronised like that is even worse.
I will ensure that I never do business with them in future again.
