Small fabrication in CPT?

Hi all... I need a small part fabricated for my X-Challenge. Basically a plate that will reach between the two footpeg nuts with a loop on it, so I can tie down some bags. Well - I need two of them, one for each side.  Aluminium maybe? Problem is I need it in a rush - leaving for a trip.

Point me to anyone who can do it in Cape Town?
