NB NB -- Conditions of sale, which the buyer agrees upon entering a sale. !!!!!
1. Bike will remain in my possession parked safely in my garage not being ridden until
paid in full, money must be available in my bank account (NO - early delivery / NO - exceptions)
2. Seller(me) will do the roadworthy, the buyer to pay ONLY the certificate fee charged. (Unless it's a cash buy and you want to do it all yourself)
3. Buyer will do registration and all for buyers account
4. Buyer will ensure bike is insured BEFORE taking delivery, my insurance will be cancelled and are none in void once delivery has taken place.
5. Test ride available to SERIOUS buyer only, joy rides are available at your friendly local BMW dealer on their demo stock.
6. Cash is King !!, so no options please.
7. If the buyer requires financing, I (seller) will have the OPTION to sell to a cash buyer unless the finance buyer supplies me with guarantee of sale or R5000 non refundable deposit (deductable from selling price) at the stage this situation might arise depending on the status of the finance process. (I have been badly bitten before – sorry !!)
