Something like Zone 7 around Pretoria/Cullinan?

When it comes to practising to ride in sand, Zone 7 is often mentioned.  Unfortunately that's a bit far away from GP.  Does anybody know of something similar in the Pretoria/Cullinan area, where one can practise riding in sand, and where it's relatively wide and open?
