A friend recently got a speeding fine doing 123km in an area of 60km. It was one of those fixed camera's. He got a ticket but, said he should await a court summon.
I am curious, what happens and how should he handle this one? Does he need a lawyer?
Curiously I asked why he did that kind of speed knowing position of the camera. He said that he suspected that he was being followed.
