Hi all,
Riding to work yesterday, heard a strange sound like the tire rubbing against the swingarm. Got to work, done a visual inspection of all parts that could rub on both wheels, found the speedo cable guard on the front wheel could have been the culprit and moved it out the way. Rode home yesterday only to find the speedo was not working!! checked the speedo cable and that was OK, the speedo works if you play with the cable as well. What else could be the problem? Going to take off the front wheel later today to see if the speedo drive unit is not faulty, other than that.....??
Any advice from anyone that has experienced the same problem would be appreciated.
