I didnt listen to WD's and only changed the back sprocket. Well this is the result after 3000km and my custom sprocket is in its moer. I got a kiff death star now, its sharp..very sharp.

The first 3 pics are of the rear sprocket. Totally destroyed and razor sharp.

The front sprocket was only a little different to the new one. A tiny bit bent in the drive direction and less than .5 of a mm wear. I take it this is not good ?

The chain, well now i know what it means when someone tells me your chain is stretched  :deal:

Old chain on top, new on the bottom. The new chain only looks larger because it closer to the camera. Its the space between the gold links that you should be looking at.

Ive bought reasonably cheap chain and sprockets this time round. Lets see how long they last.
