I got my chain & sprockets yesterday. When I saw the hideous steel rear sprocket I had some doubts.
I already have the OEM front sprocket, a good renthal chain and I don't want to skimp on the rear one. From some reading on the enduro/mx sites the steel ones seem to last longer. I got over 20,000km from my previous set where I used the same front sprocket and chain with Renthal's Ultralight rear. Will the steel in theory give me longer usage?
In other words: Is pbr a k@k rear sprocket option? Am I saving a few Rand now just to buy a new set around the corner?
*Please ignore the fact that the chain says "Road Chain".
